2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our Service for any reason within the first 14 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.
To request a refund under this guarantee, please contact our support team at support@netpulsecloud.com within 14 days of your purchase date. Please include your account information and the reason for your request so we can process it quickly.
3. Refund Eligibility After 14 Days
After the initial 14-day period, we do not offer refunds for subscription fees. Payments for monthly or annual subscription renewals are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges, but you will not receive a prorated refund for the current billing period.
4. How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the billing period you have paid for.
5. Processing Refunds
Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process the refund through our payment processor, Paddle. The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
