Netpulse Cloud provides cybersecurity services including but not limited to:

• Threat Intelligence Blocklists
• Advanced Threat Detection
• Security Analytics and Reporting
• Real-time Security Monitoring
• Incident Response Services
• Cloud Security Solutions
• Vulnerability Assessment Tools

Netpulse Cloud reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice to users.

To access certain features of Netpulse Cloud services, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify Netpulse Cloud immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Use your account only for lawful purposes

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not you authorized such activities. Netpulse Cloud is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to use Netpulse Cloud services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our services
• Resell or redistribute our services without authorization

Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your account and legal action. Netpulse Cloud reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against users who violate these terms.

Payment terms for Netpulse Cloud services:

• All fees are due in advance and are billed according to your selected plan
• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected during purchase
• Price changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days in advance
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination
• All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment partners (Paddle)
• Taxes, if applicable, are your responsibility unless otherwise stated
• Currency conversion fees may apply for international transactions

Refund Policy: We offer a 14-day refund policy in accordance with Paddle's buyer terms. Refunds are available for eligible purchases made within 14 days of the original purchase date, subject to our refund policy terms and conditions.

Your privacy is important to Netpulse Cloud. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services.

By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal data and complying with applicable data protection laws.

All content, features, and functionality of Netpulse Cloud services are owned by Netpulse Cloud and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of our content without explicit written permission from Netpulse Cloud.

The Netpulse Cloud name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Netpulse Cloud or its affiliates.

Either party may terminate this agreement under the following circumstances:

• You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings
• Netpulse Cloud may terminate your account for violation of these terms
• Netpulse Cloud may suspend services for non-payment after reasonable notice
• Upon termination, your access to services will cease immediately
• Netpulse Cloud may terminate services with 30 days' notice for business reasons

Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Netpulse Cloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Netpulse Cloud's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Netpulse Cloud in the twelve months preceding the claim.
