14-Day Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day refund period for most of our services, in accordance with Paddle's buyer terms.
1. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 14 days of your initial purchase, subject to the following conditions:
- The refund request is made within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date
- You have not exceeded reasonable usage limits of our services
- Your account is in good standing with no violations of our Terms of Service
- The purchase was made directly through our platform or authorized payment processor (Paddle)
- You provide a valid reason for the refund request
Refunds are processed for the full amount paid, excluding any applicable taxes or fees that cannot be refunded by law.
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following services and circumstances are not eligible for refunds:
- Custom security consulting services that have been delivered
- One-time security assessments that have been completed
- Services used beyond the 14-day refund period
- Accounts terminated for violation of Terms of Service
- Third-party services or integrations purchased through our platform
- Promotional or discounted services (unless required by law)
- Services purchased with promotional credits or gift cards
For subscription services, refunds apply only to the current billing period and do not affect future billing cycles.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include your order number, account email, and reason for the refund request
- Provide any relevant details about your experience with our services
- Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days
Required Information for Refund Requests:
- Full name and account email address
- Order number or transaction ID
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund request
- Any supporting documentation (if applicable)
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, alternative arrangements will be made.
4. Refund Processing Time
Refund processing times vary depending on your payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days
- Digital Wallets: 3-7 business days
Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays or due to banking delays beyond our control. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
5. Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, partial refunds may be offered:
- For annual subscriptions where services have been used for part of the period
- When only specific features or services are affected by issues
- For pro-rated refunds based on actual service usage
- When required by applicable consumer protection laws
Partial refunds are calculated based on the unused portion of your service period and will be clearly explained in your refund confirmation.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company, please contact our support team to resolve any issues. We are committed to working with you to find a satisfactory solution.
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us:
- Your account may be suspended pending resolution
- Access to services may be temporarily restricted
- Additional documentation may be required to resolve the dispute
We will work with your financial institution to provide necessary documentation and resolve disputes fairly and promptly.
